If I were only reviewing the product for flavor and ease of use I would give 5 stars but unfortunately I received a defective item (would not charge at all) and have been trying for over a month to get a replacement. First 3 emails to customer service completely ignored. Finally weeks later I got a response and was told that they would absolutely replace the item and was very apologetic for the delay in response. Ok fine, I understand that staffing can sometimes cause things to fall thru the cracks. Then I received another email for same person saying “by the way we are starting our summer promotion and if you want to purchase anything else we could just send the replacement with your order” since I had just bought like 8 units, I didn’t need to make another purchase. 2weeks later I send ANOTHER EMAIL asking if my replacement had been sent yet because I had still not received. NO RESPONSE AGAIN! Sent another email today (5th request) so I am hoping someone responds, but I went ahead and just purchased replacement and ordered several so that I hopefully won’t have to deal with this company’s customer service anymore. Was also told by my local retailer (who originally introduced me to the product) that they won’t be carrying this product anymore due to their service. Very sad that such a great product is not backed by great service as well. Since they have only been in business since 2021, their future is definitely looking bleak in my opinion. I gave them many chances to make this situation right before writing a bad review, and I DO follow thru with what I say.
