Late or Damaged Items
Delivery times and handling are managed by the shipping carriers (USPS/UPS) and are outside of our direct control. However, if your order arrives late or damaged due to carrier issues, we’ll work with you to replace the item and make it right.

Returns & Cancellations

• Refunds: We do not offer refunds.

• Exchanges: Available only for damaged items.

• Cancellations: Orders may be canceled free of charge before they ship from our warehouse.
